Delivery Information

At Ancient Pewter Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, we strive to ensure your order is produced and delivered safely and on time.

Production Time

Production time depends on the product type, quantity, and level of customisation.

For custom-made products, production will begin only after:

• Order confirmation
• Payment (where applicable)
• Artwork approval

Our sales team will advise you of the estimated production lead time when your order is confirmed.

Delivery

Once production is completed, your order will be dispatched via our appointed courier service or delivered using our own transport where applicable.

Delivery time varies depending on your location and courier service.

Estimated delivery times:

• West Malaysia: Approximately 1–3 working days
• East Malaysia: Approximately 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the courier tracking number (where available) for your reference.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address, recipient’s name, and contact number are accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

Shipping Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide clear photographs of:

• The damaged product
• The packaging
• The shipping label (if applicable)

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Collection

Customers may choose to:

• Collect their order from our factory or office (by prior arrangement), or
• Have the order delivered by courier or our appointed delivery service.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders on schedule, Ancient Pewter Manufacturing Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier service disruptions
• Traffic conditions
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Customs clearance (where applicable)
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Urgent Orders

If you require your order urgently, please inform our sales team before confirming your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your requested timeline; however, expedited production and delivery are subject to production capacity and courier availability.
