Orders are confirmed only after communication with our sales team via WhatsApp, email, telephone, or other authorised communication channels.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date.

However, product specifications, colours, finishes, dimensions, and availability may change without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes only and the actual products may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Quotations

Prices are not displayed on this website.

Quotations are provided upon request and are based on product specifications, quantity, customisation requirements, and availability.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days.

4. Customisation

Many of our products can be customised with engraving, UV printing, colour printing, or other personalised features.

Artwork, specifications, and order details will be confirmed with the customer before production begins.

Once the artwork has been approved and production has commenced, customised orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Products manufactured according to the approved artwork are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement due to customer-approved errors.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
