Returns & Refund Guarantee Policy

At Ancient Pewter Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure every order is produced and delivered to the highest quality standards. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. Ready-Made Products

Ready-made (non-customised) products may be eligible for return or exchange if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, engraved, altered, or damaged.
• The original packaging is missing or incomplete.
• The return is due to a change of mind.

Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Custom-Made & Personalised Products

As customised products are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s requirements and approved artwork, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.

This includes products with:

• Engraving
• UV printing
• Full-colour printing
• Personalised text
• Custom artwork
• Any customer-requested modification

3. Manufacturing Defects

If a product contains a manufacturing defect or has been produced incorrectly due to our error, please notify us within

7 days of receiving your order.

After verification, we will repair, remake, or replace the affected product at no additional charge.

4. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

Please provide:

• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
• Shipping label (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has commenced, customised orders cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Products produced according to the approved artwork.

Customer-approved spelling, names, dates, or logo errors.

Minor colour, texture, or finish variations.

Minor manufacturing tolerances.

Damage caused after delivery.

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
